Andrea Peacock, Managing Director
I have been in property for over 30 years, and I am as passionate about the business today as I was when I first started out.

My background is in property development, starting with a single property and culminating in the task of converting Moorhaven, Plymouths old mental asylum into an exclusive village of 120 homes on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park. This was when my dealings in lettings began as a landlady myself enabling me to understand fully the needs of today’s landlords and tenants.

What makes us different from other Letting Agents?

We are totally independent and specialise in the letting and management of a large portfolio of good quality houses, cottages and apartments, not only in Moorhaven but in the surrounding towns and villages within a 20 mile radius of the office. We are very proud members of The Good Landlord Scheme .

If you’re a landlord, then with in excess of 20 years’ experience as landlords ourselves we can offer you a considerable depth of rental knowledge – and our ADVICE IS FREE – whether you’re already a client or not.

Lucinda Yarrow:

Prior to joining Moorhaven Ltd in June 2013, I gained experience on an internship with Savills, which provided my enthusiasm for property. Previously I had completed a land management degree at The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester.

Following my relocation to South Devon, I was delighted to join this experienced and enthusiastic team and now assist in the day to day running of the office. I feel passionate about people and providing our clients with excellent customer service

Veronica Beaver: Sales and Lettings Director

Originally having a career in retail management which provided me with excellent customer service skills, I have nine years of experience in Estate Agency in both sales and lettings across the South Hams area. I grew up in the South Hams, so I have a good knowledge of the surrounding areas.

I enjoy working in a fast paced environment with colleagues who simply love what they do.

I like houses, people and talking – so this is the perfect job for me.

Ken Bolas:
Maintenance Manager

Ken joined the company in 2001 and now provides a more in depth and knowledgeable solution than most to any problem he encounters.

A true gentleman with a background in the Royal Marines, he can be relied upon to solve most maintenance problems quickly ensuring minimal inconvenience to our tenants.

Imogen Moody: Marketing and Administration Assistant

Imogen joined the team in the summer of 2013 on a part-time basis to carry out administrative duties associated with residential property sales and lettings whilst completing her apprenticeship with the NHS.

Most of her work involves using her passion for photography for both sales and lettings and assisting the directors in the day to day running of the office.
